The Bavarian

I had a great opportunity to try "authentic" German food (probably cooked by non-German chefs in New Zealand) at The Bavarian. I tried a German sausage dish whose name I could not pronounce. And I am not Asian Gordon Ramsey, but I suspect that people who are used to food being "seasoned," "flavored" might find the dish a little "bland." "The Schnitzel (a German fried meat dish) I had was a little too dry," quoted @lhoanguyen_, a Vietnamese German who had craved German food for a long time. "But it was okay for a German dish you could find in New Zealand." Again, I am not an expert. I am just one of the people on the internet who likes criticizing and hurting others' feelings. 😂
